Changes to our delivery service

To help get your order more quickly

✔ Added options of next day (Royal Mail 24 hour) or free standard delivery (Royal Mail 48 hour) on our ambient temperature delivery products

✔ Next day delivery on all of our cold packaged products (Selected VSL#3 10 and 30 packs)

✔ No added costs on our current delivery options - we have added the option to upgrade to next day delivery on ambient packaged products. 

✔ No changes to our packaging - For ambient temperature products this is usually a bubble wrapped envelope or small box. For Cold chain this is an woolcool insulated package with added cool gel pack. 

✔ We can now dispatch orders on the same day up until 1pm 

✔  7 days a week delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 hour - subject to Royal Mail's conditions i.e. bank holidays (for more information click here)

✔ Order tracking information supplied via Royal mail for all VSL# orders

This is a significant improvement to our current delivery service - however, there are a few small changes that may affect how you order our products:

✖ No longer able to choose your delivery date - By being able to offer next day delivery through royal mail we are no longer able to offer our current named day delivery service. However, should this be desirable, we would recommend joining our subscription service for greater flexibility on dispatch. 

✖ No longer see the delivery date picker in cart/checkout - as with the above, the option to choose delivery date in the cart/checkout will no longer be available from the 4th March 2024.
